You don’t need to know the answers: the app knows them for you.
What has to appear on an invoice?
You fill in what you sell, the app adds the rest: number, dates, totals, addresses and the QR payment part.
Do I have to charge VAT?
A single question at the start, explained simply. If you are not VAT-registered, your invoices stay without VAT, and the app stops you from adding it by mistake.
What do I write in the terms?
Nothing to write: the usual sentences are offered in one click, and even translated if your client speaks French, German or Italian.
How will my client pay me?
Every invoice carries a QR payment part: your client scans it with their banking app, and the money arrives in your account.
What if they don’t pay?
Once the due date has passed, the invoice is flagged as overdue. One click sends a polite reminder, or the app takes care of it for you.
What if I make a mistake?
Until it is issued, everything can be changed. Once sent, a credit note corrects it in two clicks. Nothing is beyond repair.
